A. Very accurate, these are statistics given to us directly from our in-house management team which runs all of our properties.
Q. How do you see online meetings such as Zoom, etc. putting pressure on business travel/occupancy?
A. The work from home movement is not affecting the hospitality industry as much as you may think, there are actually more people travelling now than before COVID.
Q. If I invested today, how long is the commitment for? When can you withdraw any funds invested without a penalty?
A. The investment period is 3 years. This is an illiquid investment.
