A. No, our hotels in Indiana are only two of the 11 properties in the REIT.
Q. If we invest now, do we get profit share from the current acquisition?
A. Yes, all investors that invest in this REIT will share in the profits from hotel sales.
Q. Is most of the occupancy from business clients?
A. The majority of customers at our properties are business clientele.
Q. Is there distribution of equity when it sells, or possibly refinance?
A. All investors will receive an estimated 26% return on principal from profits of the hotel’s sales.
